After being seated by the hostess we proceeded to wait ten minutes without a waiter visiting the table, eventually I saw a manager noticed us sitting without drinks and closed menus on the table but to my disbelief he picked up his cell phone and made a personal call of which I had the pleasure of listening to. I decided to go for a cigarette and left my boyfriend to place the order. On my return to the table there were still menus, no drinks and still no waiter. Two managers and a waiter stood next to our table without taking notice of us so we decided to get up and leave. My boyfriend made a point of telling them that we had been sitting well over ten minutes waiting for service. Instead of apologising they continued with their conversation as we walked out of the restaurant. My advise for anyone looking for a good meal with good service: 'Don't waste your time at Mug and Bean as they don't appreciate the patronage'
