I booked into Protea Hotel Umhlanga yesterday. I asked for a east facing room. The junior staff member didn't hear or ignored my request, I realised when I got to the room. When I went back, the junior staff member said all the rooms are the same, but Anthony overheard the conversation and was dynamic enough to ask me whether I wouldn't mind a twin room instead of King, and when I said yes, he informed the staff member to put me in the corner sea facing room. Even though it was smaller it was what I was looking for. Anthony was super friendly and just a super great attitude, personally coming up to move me to the new room and check if I was happy. Will stay here again because of Anthony.
