On previous occasions chronic meds have been delivered late their reaction is only after proper tantrums are thrown.
The meds are for a patient who had a severe stroke and a heart attack and another for a patient with serious insulin dependent diabetes.
I phone to order the repeat every month as the medication needs to go to a far-off Limpopo town and we need to make arrangements to collect at the post office. Their couriers are not able to deliver to the farm, so the logistics needs to be carefully planned.

After an incident in Dec, I got to a manager who assisted me and said that I could e-mail my order through to her every month and that she will make sure it gets attended to.

Came February, we received the confirmation that the meds will be delivered on the 14th.
14th - no delivery. Contacted the manager on the 15th and then confirmed the post office/couriers are on a strike.
She said she will be able to send out a new order on MONDAY 18 FEBRUARY with another courier company.
NOTHING!!!

Contacted her again to trace the new package? SHE ONLY GAVE THROUGH A NEW ADDRESS FOR THE OLD PACKAGE TO THE COURIERS THAT ARE STRIKING!!!

Utter incompetence!!!
