On Saturday 12/10/2013 when my last meds was finished and I needed to get new repeat I was told meds will no longer be paid in full by Discovery for chronic meds as I am using Clicks pharmacy Woodlands and they no longer an preferred dispensary and I need to pay R108 in on my meds!!! no call form discovery, no e mail, no post to tell or ask me to change to other provider, and with last tablet used last night the staff at discovery on my cell tells me call Monday that department don't work weekends, and I cant sort it now and they don't know what to say, I was embarrassed and humiliated and had no extra money with me as I never aid in ever in all the years on that medicine!!! I am LIVID and very upset, now I cant get my crucial life saving meds due to Discovery changing a policy and never communicating it to me at all., we just a number... and a cash cow... I need to change service provider fast...
