I have been a member of Medihelp since 1989/90 and service delivery in the past (2) two years have become notrocious.
1. Claims are not being paid according to bennifits, where certain accounts are to be paid 100% with no limmits, they are indeed being paid at 50 or 60%
2. Membership fees are incorrectly deducted even though new fee as prescribed for a year has already increased.
Medihelp apparently prides themselves as a premium medical aid company in SA but the service is becoming worse by the day.
