We gonna take OUR time with YOUR money

So I resigned from my company and momentum was our retirement admin.
my company never sent me the required docs for my with drawls so I contacted momentum, I was told the will send me a withdrawal form, I must fill it in, send my bank statement and will have my money in 7-10 days.
No one bothers to keep me updated I have call in every time I want an update, as if that is not enough, I spoke to 4 agents who all told me 7-10 days for my money.

We are now sitting on day 15 and there is no money, as if that is not enough I called again this morning and it seems nobody knows what is going on, everyone is blaming everyone else. I have bills debit orders and rent to pay all due no latter than tomorrow. I demand that some one explains to me what the heck is going on, and more importantly some to insure that there is money in my account tomorrow and I do not want any upaid debits and cannot afford to miss any of my payments.
