False promise

On the 25/10/2013 I called FNB call centre to ask them to collect the remaining balance on my loan that I have with them I then asked the lady I was on the phone with as to when will I get a paid up letter she told me the next day, today I went to fnb easy plan branch to ask to call the call centre and request for my paid up letter she was told I will get it in 5days time, I then called them and I was told that I won't have it, I asked them why did nhlanhla the consultant I spoke to on Friday told me I will get it today she even took my email address and promise to send it today morning, I called again then I was transferred to their team leader he agreed that I should have the letter today he call me back and let me know what's the hold up, I haven't heard anything from him and clearly fnb is making me a fool and they full of empty promises they don't know how to appreciate and value a customer, I don't see myself banking with fnb since I"m being treated like an but one thing foe sure I know I"m not and I"m done doing business with them
