Very bad service they're good in accepting deposits but when due for refund its a mission, Belinda is very rude in dealing or explaining the process. They refund without explaining what deductions they made, claiming that items are missing when they were never there and not even providing an items lists and rooms are dirty!!!
Extreme bad service, will never book with them again!!!
