Style36
No collection of items for refund

I requested a refund for items purchased from Style36 and the consultant to dealt with the matter told me the items would b collected on the 25th. Today is the 27th, items still no collected so basically refund cannot be processed. I find this very frustrating at the purchasing process was far easier than the return of items I am attempting to make!
