We used Eezi move for our move this last month. Our dishwasher was dropped and badly dented, 2 platters that were packed in bubble wrap were broken - fragile boxes with large arrows were upside down. more than 6 wine glasses were smashed!
Couches that had been wrapped were filthy dirty.
They had to make 3 trips because we were missing items. We are now still missing 1 box of items!
We were sent on a whole rigmarole of filling out complaints forms, and after 2 weeks we were told we didn't read the fine print and it was actually not their problem and absolutely no compensation was given!
