The admin personnel at Moot emergency unit sends patients away, because they are apparently not contracted with Medihelp and that is incorrect information. When patients need urgent medical attention, admin personnel should be trained properly to not incorrectly send them away. Medical practices should try a more human approach in stead of only be financially driven.
