Never in my life have l met such unprofessional, unhelpful and not to mention rude people!
I recently switched medical aids, and as such a medical aid require, the APPLICANT needs to complete all medical questions! I send my application with ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION to the medical aid, accept for this specific report that I need from their consultation room! All my previous consultations has been just that: unhelpful, unprofessional and EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Many have complained about this behaviour, but nothing is done about this situation???
