SO its the day before Valentines and I wanted to suprise my love with some roses . in all the husle and bustle of the day i remmbered that this had to be done and logged onto Henry Williams Website and proceeded to order a bunch of roses that as expected on the day before valentines day cost R400
I swallowed the pill but realised that there was no place for my credit card details and only EFT was the option
So i had a few questions and called the only cintact number on the Website
A lady called Ursulla picked up and was very rude and abrupt
She knew nothing about website orders and no one could help me
According to her i should call the number on the website
Suprise Suprise this was the number I am calling.
When she heard this she started asking what I had ordered and where it was being delivered to etc
When I informed her she sounded less than happy to assist making excuses at every turn
If that is the way you treat your customers...
