Net florist claims to be the best online florist!!

Had decided to use a on line florist in order to send a bouquet to a relative looked at a number of florist and decided to go with net florist as they claim in their advertising that they are the best florist and have their 100% satisfaction grantees!! went through the steps to order the arrangement then added the credit card detail and there the money was deducted this was the 2nd of September 2013 the delivery date for the flowers was to be on the 4th of September. Next day I get a call from a lady named Mia saying that their florist has no roses I asked if they could not make a plan to get some as this bouquet was very important she said no that the florist would do a mixed bouquet with Gerber's and so on. I was not at all happy as if one pays for roses one expects this. The lady was not at all perturbed!! My husband then spoke to the woman and still she did not say sorry for the inconvenience or try to see what this best florist could do for us!! He said he wanted a refund and she said it would take 4 to 5 days it is now the 9th day and still no refund into our account I am utterly disgusted as we had to run around to then make arrangements at the last minute.
