How long do your members have to wait??

Good day please advise how long your members have to wait for a response - i called on the 30/01/2013 for my mom who is on medshield to change options i was advised the option changes have closed - i went thru the brochure and on pg 42 upgrades can be done due to life changing events surprise surprise eventually on the 07/02/2013 i received the option change form and i got my mom to sign i put a motivation letter together and i have not heard one word??? i have the read receipt so pls dont tell me you have not received it as it was read - i emailed the membership manager today out of desperation and that too was just read and no response is this what all the poor members are going thru??? maybe you will respond to me now as i am desperate...
