Medshield doesn't want to pay a claim for a walking frame and stockings. With authorisation number and all as was asked for. If I want more information regarding which appliances the cover under the option... I get no reply. If I ask for their policy regarding this matter, they just e-mail me their incomplete brochure from the website .., I ask for a list of appliances that the cover, because what was promised in the brochure and what happened regarding the claim was different.
