I requested change of debit date on 13 March2013-130213QR6L5P but my instructions was not executed which means my debit bouinced and my bank penalised me. I made enquiries regarding this with Bonitas and agreed to a double debit on the 25th of March to Clear the Arears. Instead I paid via EFT and telephonically confirmed that double debit will not be required. However 2 Double debits (R6720) went off in March, one being rejected due to insufficient funds. I don't get any satisfaction with CSR and they cannot or refuse to put me through to a manager or Director so i can resolve this nonsense. I just want my R1680 paid back into my account and move on with my life. I am also held liable for Fees when debit orders are being rejected - because of "Bonitas'" failure to execute my requests properly. I have never experienced this much exhaustion not even with my 3 year old. In my experiences I can understand a 1st error, maybe a second one but when it gets to 4, 5, 6 I call it incompetent! I don't owe Bonitas any money i am up to date but it is not clear enough to their CSR / Accounts people. I am looking for a reliable competent Medical scheme
