The claim for R7 831.76 is for hospitalization and was incorrectly deducted from my MSA.

This is really frustrating, and not the first time I've had issues with Discovery.

Let me be very clear, I don't want to deal with an associate, I would only like to deal with a manager that knows what to do.

Call me soonest with how this will be rectified!
