My MA premiums are paid monthly with no question. Unfortunately certain doctors request an upfront payment which puts us out of pocket & then in turn we have to wait on Discovery. After many phone calls & emails to both [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] I have given up calling them!!! I am still waiting to be paid for a claim since March 2013. When you call in the excuses vary from the claim being lost in a batch to having to request to have the claim released. The last call I made to Discovery I was advised that my doctor used the wrong code, I asked the cosultant Dayana to call the drs rooms & get them to amend it, which was done on the 18-04-2013. Needless to say I have still not heard a word from Discovery. I suppose I will have to dream on (as they say) about my reimbursement!!!
