On the 28 August I submitted a claim that was to be paid from my PMB's. The claim was rejected due to no medical savings I called in and spoke to Earl who advised he will reprocess the claim and call back. When the claim was rejected again for incorrect codes, I called in and spoke to Earl who advised he will get the invoice amended by the doctor. He did this and I submitted the claim also just to be absolutely sure. When the claim was rejected the 3rd time because of medical savings I had to call in again and I spoke to Mitchell who once again had to reprocess it. After all the promises of a call back I had to call in again today to inquire and once again the claim was rejected, I asked to speak to a manager and was out on hold for a half hour till eventually I hung up. I cannot believe that discovery's service good be this bad. I am ready to take this matter further.
