Shocking LACK of service from [URL Removed]

I placed an order for a product on [URL Removed] on 5 Sept 2013. I was told that it would take approx 14 days for delivery. 14 days came and went. I called the call centre again, they informed me that the product should arrive before the weekend, it never did. I called them again on the following Tuesday, they made yet another false promise of it being delivered later that week. I called again the following week. I was then told that they NEVER had stock of the product and therefore couldn't have couriered it. Highly frustrated I asked for my money back. They explained that I needed to fill in some form on the net. I did so, but accidentally added the incorrect branch code for the bank. I received a sms to say that there was a problem with the refund. I called them to ask for assistance in how to rectify it. The guy I spoke to couldn't help me and said he would call me back once he had spoken to the Accounts dept. I NEVER received a call back! I called again and asked to speak to a manager because I was fed-up. I was put on hold for over 8 mins. I hung up and called again some days later. I reported the matter to them again today. Let's see what happens as it's been almost 4 months!
