I called in at the dentist at Botshelong Hospital on Frday the 8 Febraury 2013 to ask if i need to make an appointment to see the dentist. I was told they dnt do appointments and i must come on Saturday as they open at 9am. I was there at 9 and the dentist room was closed! i went to the hospital recepion at 9:30am to find out why they are still closed i was told that they where open 2 weekends in a row and didnt not get any clients so they decided not to open on saturday... We where about 5 people waiting and we all called in to be told to get there at 9 and we waited and waited! This is unacceptable for a private hospital to have a dentist yet decides they wont open on certain days because they didnt get any client on the [revious weeends!!!
