I was disappointed with this service when after waiting for 10minutes for the Dentist who was late I was told I needed to have my teeth x-rayed (duh!) and as they did not have an x-ray machine I'd have to go to the local radiologist. and come back to the dentist with the results... oh no! I'd rather go to a dentist who is properly equipped.
Imagine my surprise when I receive notification from my medical aid a few weeks later that the dentist had claimed R240 for a 2 minute consultation... which amounted to paying R240 for her to tell me that I had to go to a radiologist for an x-ray.
