Aside from showing no empathy towards my query pr situation. I want to bring to your attention the following. Your internal politics or processes are irrelavant to me. When your agent contacted me for whatever reason he contacted me, I the lay man, the ordinary man on the street am only aware that I have sent through my cancellation letter in compliance with your rules. I sent no other written request stating otherewise and a written contract will always take precedence over a verbal one. I did aggree to him sending me brochures and if hypothetically speaking i was aware that this cancelled my termination letter in order for this aggreement to be binding and valid there must be two requirements met 1.consenus between 2 or more people [URL Removed] with the aggreement. I have NEVER received any of the above mentioned documents as promised by the agent or even a call back to confirm any such thing. If you have proof that says otherwise please provide proof hereto going forward I want my money back now. I also dont appreciate the copy and paste response that i have been given in my last feedback. Please take the time to look into my query with a little bit of empathy and consideration
