Terrible Service

13 years with Discovery they have suspended my membership due to their bad admin, terrible communication & shocking service. I had to move my membership from my personal capacity to my employers group, when I called Discovery in January to confirm how I did this & how I changed banking details they informed me that my employer would be double debited as I paid in arrears & they pay in advance. I communicated this to my employer who had no problem with this, but come 1 January the employer & I got debited, so I returned mine as it was done in error, I called Discovery on Monday & the consultant said all was in order & I had nothing to worry about, TODAY I am suspended, a team manager who said she would sort this out has disappeared & never recorder our call & last night I called again & I was told a manager will call right away, I'm still waiting, today they not willing to fix their mistake& now I have NO cover, NO assistance, NO support, NO solution, NO regard for members, NO matter how long you may be with them, NO faith in the Scheme I invest in... just NOTHING from Discovery Health & I was just about to get Life policy with them. I suggest all should reconsider Discovery
