Not paying us back

Our daughter went to Eugene Marais Casualty on the 21st of May 2013 after 19h00. We were asked
to make a payment of R580.00 admission as this hospital wasn't one of the network hospitals. We
paid the amount and Alexia was examined and sent for X-Rays. The results came back and we were
advised that she had pneumonia and needed to be admitted immediately for treatment. Discovery changed our medical scheme without our consent or signature to a lower scheme KeyCare
Access which only gives us access to 3 hospitals. Steve Biko was completely full and couldn't accept
her and Zuid Afrikaans Hospital completely refused. Before Alexia could be admitted, we needed to
pay for her bed etc unfortunately we didn't have such a large amount at our disposal and she slept
the night in casualty. Her father and grandmother accompanied her and slept on the floor without Eugene
accompanied her. The morning of the 22nd of May 2013, we made a payment of R18 426 to Eugene Marais.

Now we are fighting for our money to be refunded and nothing has happened. Before Alexia was admitted they demanded we make this huge payment and now theres issues to get my money back.
