First National Bank
Refusal of requested calls, premium history&feedbac

In 2008 i took up a loan telephonically for R30 000.It is 2013& i have paid over R80 000 &fnb still say i owe R7500. I have requested calls and formal feedback on repayment term as i dont believe i could take such a long repayment term and also question whether the agent that assisted me correctly advised me and whether he had given me repayment options as in terms of FAIS. I made formal complaint and request to [Email Removed] i then got a call from a guy called Mdu who said he will follow up on investigation & have my calls listened to & give formal premium history &get explanation. He then called again after few days &said he has completed investigation and i agreed on term of 72 months and will send formal response on email but we going into our second week still waiting for that response even after numerous follow up emails i had sent to FNB. Now being shocked with the statement that Mdu said i agreed on 72 months. I went to the NCR Act and to my surprise max terms are given to unsecured personal loans for a max term of 60 months on R150 000 loan. Now the question is how can a R30k be set at 72months?? i will not stop until i get answer's and have FNB take accountability if any
