My family and I stayed at the City Lodger Guest house in Lesotho on the 28th December 2013. The initial booking did not go well because the receptionist, Puseletso, did not quite understand emails etc, so we could not EFT the initial deposit.
However, when we got here, we found her to be very helpful, and she even showed us around the place before we paid.
The rooms are very impressive, clean and in a much better state than some of other well known establishments, such as the one I have recently written a complaint about. The only suggestion I would make is that the lighting in the room and bathroom needs to be improved. I found them to be a little dark.
Breakfast was not gourmet, but it was adequate. The only suggestion there is that they should consider making omelette and keep the coffee brewing in the coffee maker.
And they have Wi-fi, which is great.
I would highly recommend this place as the service is fantastic and the prices are good.
My final suggestion is that management picks up its marketing as a few locals we spoke with don't know about it.
