Terrible service

I want to complain about the lady named Anna whose also a supervisor at pick n pay. I had just paid for my grocery when I realised that I was overcharged the futurelife smart food porridge that I bought. When I notified the cashier Puseletso Dire about the prices she called the supervisor Anna to assist. Firstly she did not acknowledge or greet me as customer, a guy went to fetch the price barcode and it showed that I was right. Instead of being charged R4.89 I was charged R6.29 which is unfair. The code specifically said "Future life fast food" R4.89 yet she refused to exchange it for me. It's not my fault that they placed the wrong prices and her bad attitude is really unnecessary because this is not the 1st time this is happening. That woman doesn't have leadership skills or respect. I go to pick n pay in Braamfontein almost daily however I'm not happy with the service especially from Anna.
