Outsurance's OUTstandingly Poor Service

On 03/12/12 I requested feedback via e-mail on a claim from service advisor Puseletso Busang. I required details on what service providers had been appointed to carry out the claim work as well as if we could utilise our own cupboard people to repair our damaged laundry cupboards as they were newly installed as per our specs. I requested a response 4/12 and 5/12 yet again. A rude reply was received 5/12 advising that she had been out of the office for two days. I advised Puseletso that she had neglected to address all my queries and please to advise accordingly. No response. Sent another mail 6/12 requesting feedback. Mid December I called Outsurance and requested to speak to a Manager but was advised by Kerry that they were all in a meeting and that she would ensure someone got back to me the same day - my call was not returned. Yesterday I sent my sixth request for feedback as my claim was put in on 08/11/12 and two months later I am sitting in a position with nothing repaired as yet and no idea as to what has been approved and who the appointed contractors are. The ads stating that Outsurance bend over backwards are laughable as nothing could be further from the truth!
