I have a claim from CANSA outstanding from 17 July 2013. According to my Treatment Plan there are Stoma products that I need from CANSA on a monthly basis, but there is one product for the amount of R791.70 that Bonitas does not pay. A previous account for the same product I had to pay myself because I was afraid that CANSA would refuse to provide me with my necessary Stoma products. I phoned Bonitas on 11 September 2013 about the latest outstanding amount and they assured me that they will re-submit the claim for payment. To date the payment has not been done and CANSA already phoned me about the outstanding payment. The agent at Bonitas gave me a reference no 110913Q8XJT9 and I already contacted the representative by e-mail with no response. I feel that Bonitas accepted the responsibility of paying the account at the time they accepted my Treatment Plan.
