Poor customer service and do not recommend this practise. Accounts keeps making mistakes with my invoices, bills me for procedures I did not have, bills me for visits I paid in cash, bills me for chronic visits which are covered by my medical aid. When I query my statement, I am either ignored or Shane jumps on the phone and shouts at ME because of his mistakes. I have a full trail of email evidence to back up my allegations.
