Public hspt treat you and supply meds at a min fee. They advertise cover for 270 chronic conditions, 27 chronic, utility bills leading to and from hospitalization and follow up visits. I am sitting with PMB conditions: utility bills for pre and after hospitalization, ex-rays and during hspt bills which they refuse to pay. After re-submitting and motivating above declined 30 days later. Don't pay or reply at all on your queries, excuses (wrong PMB code, ICD 10 code, sorry did not know you still in hspt ect) which was a clear and proper claim.
Following up the progress of an PMB application using there reference no, there reply "plse identify yourself and re-submit application with a motivation"
Only conclusion, they take your money for years and when old and sick, give you so much problems that you can't afford to pay all the bills and there fees and thus cancel or join another sscheme, which only benefits them financially
