We have been struggling since last year to get claims paid by this medical aid. The bills just keep coming - and the institutions claim this is a common thing with Netcare medical.
I've faxed through invoices, had telephone conversations and busted my... to sort out bills and nonsense that is not my problem.
This is the worst medical aid I have ever seen - and then they force their the poor Netcare employees to join.
If you have any choice in the matter don't get caught in this cash black hole.
