I went to medi-rite pharmacy in pavilion with a prescription for chronic medication, listed on the script was clopawin plus which discovery does not pay for, i informed the pharmacy assistant that discovery does pay for myoprin and clopidogrel, a combination of the 2 tablets will make up for the clopawin plus, i showed the pharmacy assistant an email from discovery confirming what I explained to her, she showed it to the pharmacist, she the dispensed pragol, i asked for the myoprin and I was told pragol has aspirin in it, it was signed off by the pharmacist, after reading the leaflet I discovered this was incorrect information I returned to medi-rite pharmacy in pavilion, i confronted the pharmacist who admitted he did not read what he signed of, he was rude and informed me he was only doing me a favour because the knows the doctor that wrote the script, he had no remorse, i explained to him that the medication was to prevent another heart attack and this could be fatal to me, if I trusted them I would have had no aspirin for a month putting my health at great risk, still he could not understand the seriousness of their actions, after giving me misleading information, wasting my time and risking my health he still wanted me to be grateful for his help.
