I had an appointment for a colposcopy & biopsy on the 13/08/2019 the hospital missed placed my file and I had to wait in another long row to open a new file, once I waited at the waiting area where we collect our files it was already around 11 o clock, When I was finally helped and got a new file I went to the COLPOSCOPY dept to see my "Dr " I got to the front of the consulting room the lady who made the appointment FORGOT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT and simply told me SORRY THESE DOCTORS WORK THEIR OWN HOURS we have to postpone your appointment NOTE THAT I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON A WAITING LIST FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS yet they added another 3 and a half months! That is totally unacceptable, I went through all these hassles to see the doctor just to see the doctor coming out of the consulting room laughing and not caring a fuck about the patient that hasn't been helped! RAHIMA MOOSA hiospital staff needs more training in communicating with THEIR patients! EVEN THOUGH they don't care its peoples lives they are playing with. Yet I have to wait another 3 + more months
