Approx 3 months ago Pick n Pay Pharmacy made a mistake by giving my Fiance a 5 mg tablets instead of 10mg. We paid for 10mg and the script said 10mg. He could have had a stroke!!! They apologized and said only permanent staff will be working there no more locums. The pharmacist on duty the next day says I should have checked it... REALLY?
Yesterday we pick up a script from the same pharmacy FROM A LOCUM! and they give us 30 tablets instead of 90. We pay for 90 and I later discover it is only 30.
WHY are we paying a dispensing fee?? WHY are you making so many mistakes?? WHY should I trust you again with dispensing medication?? WHY are you not serious about sorting out life threatening mistakes?? WHY must I drive back for you to fix your mistakes??
You have proven not only that you are negligent by issuing the incorrect medication dosage as well as the incorrect quantities.
You have lost me as a client now. Enough! I am not going to check every script I pick up from you!
This is UNACCEPTABLE service and you are looking at MANY MORE losses to other companies at this rate!!! A call from your pharmacist to say "Sorry" is just not cutting it!
