Having had next to no communication/advice from the broker previously handling our medical aid and making ill-informed, costly decisions as a result, we finally decided to change brokers. Stan Hart came highly recommended and from the first conversation I had with him I could understand why. Nothing was too much trouble for him- and instead of just leaving forms with me to have signed and get back to him, he made appointments with all parties involved over a number of days to discuss options, collect signatures and finalise paperwork to ensure a smooth transition from one plan to another. When we hadn't received our new membership cards before our sons returned to university Stan went to Discovery, had the cards printed and delivered them to our house.
