Bad attitude from Staff
I went to PnP on the 8th of June '13 and was assisted by Chantal. It was at 11:35. She asked me if i have the smart shopper card, i said no and she took the one belonging to the guy behind me without asking for my permission. When i asked her about it she said it doesnt make any difference. Who does she think she is? It's my money and i should decide if i want that guy to gain those points. We argued about it and the gentleman who was packing apologized. It's my 2nd complaint on the same issue of points and i demand a response and POA from Stan or whoever at PnP. I am anxiously awaiting your feedback on both issues. Stan picked up the first one on camera and even acknowledged that it's not your policy to allow staff to do what was done to me.
