I changed my medical aid plan from Keycare to Classic Comprehensive effective Jan 2013 and guess what I still dont have the new medical aid cards. I enquired, gave up and my husband followed up countless times and still we get empty promises on when we will have the new cards. This is starting to be a bore and a waste of money and time so Discovery by next week Wednesday (1st of May) if I dont have those cards with me I'm canceling my membership and moving to another medical aid company... oh wait I also have RA's and Investemnets accounts with you, I'll be cancelling those as well. I cant be paying so much every month and get such service!
