I had a medical aid deduction of my salary after me cancelling this cover. My Payroll department were working on getting me a refund but it was taking long, as i called discovery the lady Nomtobeko Nsindane was very efficent in helping me out telling me what i needed to do and even called me back the next morning to let me know she is still following up and she was giving me a call so i wouldnt call in as she was working on the refund. What great service the follow up call made such a big difference to how i was feeling knowing that someone was handling this and took it serious. Thanks Nomtobeko your're a star.
