My brother has gone in for a kidney transplant, I had to look after his financial affairs, but made a mistake. I transferred all his money into an account of his that has been closed since 2010. His debit orders was returned, I contacted Discovery Health when I realised this. The gentleman, Nathan that helped me yesterday was very helpful, but I discovered this morning that his Medical aid was suspended. I phoned again and I just want to say, THANK YOU Lee from Customer Services, you really made my day by helping me with this one.
