Spec Savers BAD SERVICE

My wife and I visited Spec Savers Centurion on the 12/01/2013. We had our usual eye tests done. I was informed that we would recieve our specs within 7-10 working days. On the 28/01/2013 i contacted the branch enquiring and was advised i could collect the follwing day. I went in on Tuesday the 29/01/2013 and was informed it was not ready, there was a problem with my Lens, my wife recieved her specs but not the free pair of sunglasses as they were not finish with that. I recieved nothing. The next day. 30/01/2013 i recieved a call from the branch stating it would be ready on the following week Tuesday (05/02/2013). I went into the branch yesterday and it was still not ready. The same reasons were given to me as previously when i came in to collect. This week Saturday will be a month since my visit to them and the women i spoke to yesterday still could not confirm when it may be ready. The claim for R5705 has already been paid to Spec Savers but they have yet to deliver. I am at a point where i would prefer dealing with anotehr branch or provider. Twice i have been told to collect and both times it was not ready. I am so done dealing with this branch.
