I paid up my account and called FSE for a paid up letter. The person who initially helped me is on leave. The lady (Antonette, I think as she did not want to repeat her name) who answered my call refused to assist and mentioned that it is lunch time and I must call back in an hour. Her supervisor was also on lunch. All I need is a letter from them confirming that the account is paid up. I find it difficult to believe that an entire division can stop operating because one person is on leave or because it is lunch time. Now it seems that the account is paid and normal courtesy goes out the window. I need that letter urgently.
