STAFF NEED TO GET THE FACTS STRAIGHT

I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE OXFORD STREET BRANCH, I ALWAYS PRAISE NEDBANK AND TELL OTHER PEOPLE TO BANK WITH THEM, THIS HAS CHANGED MY WHOLE OUTLOOK! I PHONED THIS MORNING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CONSULTANT AS I ALWAYS DO, DUE TO ONLY BEING ABLE TO GO IN MY LUNCH TIME, AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE CALL JST AFTER 10:30, TOLD ME THEY DON'T DO APP, WHEN I TOLD HER I NORMALLY MAKE ONE ONCE AGAIN SHE DISAGREED, UPON GETTING TO THE BANK THE STAFF SAID THEY DO TAKE APP AS I SHOULD HAVE MADE ONE AS NOW I HAD TO WAIT IN THE QUE. MY LUNCH WAS OVER AND STILL I DID NOT GET TO SEE A CONSULTANT, AND TO THE STAFF IT JUST WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE TO EDUCATE UR CLIENTS.IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAD NOT ONLY WASTED MY TIME BUT MONEY TO GET THERE AND BACK TO WORK.
