A new vitality card was sent to me on 25th January however I already have one..
My insurance account was cancelled due to non payment, somebody from Discovery Retentions department called me with regards to reinstating the account.. I agreed & as per agreement it was reinstated to start as of 25th January.. The gentleman I spoke to informed me that I would receive a call from the guys that install the tracker & I should advice them that it had already been installed.. He also advised that I would be sent another Vitality Drive card, he said I should call customer services to have that card cancelled in order to continue with my existing vitality drive card.. Checking on your website, everything is back to R0.. I called in & was advised that I had forfeited everything.. no one ever told me about that.. Your calls are recorded, right...???
I need the tapes to be pulled up & I WANT what the Retentions guy said I would get, my old Vitality Drive card as it was before cancellation with the funds that were in my excess fund account.. Till this day i still haven't gotten any response from them
