I would like to know that where is any call centre above the law? If a person requests an Afrikaans speaking agent or ask an agent please could you speak Afrikaans, is it not there responsibility to make sure that if that agent are not able to communicate to you in a language that best suits your needs to either transfer you to some one that is able to assist you or have some one phone you back that would be able to assist you? I just requested an agent to please get some one in Afrikaans or speak Afrikaans, his reply to me was Afrikaans se voet meaning he knows well what he said and also are able to speak Afrikaans, but would rather make what I feel is remarks towards my home language, and hate towards Afrikaans people is this the immage that Truworths is giveing to their customers, that they hate Afrikaans people? Do I not have a right to demand to be able to speak to some one in my home language? I feel that Afrikaans people have the right to be assisted in their home language, if it suits them better, but instead of being assisted we receive remarks and hate from your call cebtre. Please could you investigate this as this. This is no way to treat people
