WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I joined sizwe medical fund in October. After no service and a complaint on hello peter I finally got a response to my query. After everything was sorted I had two documents outstanding which was my acceptance letter and my previous medical aid certificate. The acceptance letter was sent through on 21 November 2013 at 1:45pm. Due to notice my previous medical aid only gave me the certificate in December and it was sent through to Sizwe 11 December 2013. In this email I confirmed that to my knowledge they now have all documents from my side and should issue my medical aid card asap as it commences on 1 January 2014. Now today I phone to follow up because NO card has been received and only to be told the medical aid is not active because they do not have a confirmation letter which was emailed in NOVEMBER! They are closing for the holidays tomorrow and refuse to assist. And this now leaves my family UNPROTECTED!!! Did they loose my document or just chose to ignore it and will probably keep ignoring my till the new year. This is unacceptable!!! NO help, NO going the extra mile for a customer about to pay almost R 7000 to them a month!
