Where do they get all the from in Cust care

In November I changed my membership from Standard to Primary. My new membership was confirmed by email. In Jan 2014 Bonitas took the instalment from my bank account for the STANDARD PLAN instead of Primary. I have send close to 15 emails to rectify the problem. One "" even said that they have not received my documentation to change to Primary and that I have to re-submit... This is after I have already received my NEW MEMBERSHIP card!!! Oooo, really clever people!!! Now for the second month, I'm paying R2186 instead of R1274!! I rest my case!!! Will just cancel my membership all together and put my money under my mattress!!!
