I am sending this on behalf of my wife. Since early January I've sent numerous emails and even tried contacting the customer services, to no avail. Even their website has been down for a while. In mid December, I submitted proof of my daughter studying to enable her being charged the child rate. But I have been charged the full rate. I have also requested a current 'Proof of membership' certificate that I need to supply to my employer. I have not received any Response. Whats going on with Sizwe?
